Class Parties

Please Note: New updates to the party volunteer process.  

Volunteers must sign up using the volunteer sign-up link below.  Find your classroom and sign up. Parties are limited to the classroom party coordinator plus up to two other volunteers.  The district volunteer coordinator will verify volunteers meet all District requirements prior to the party date.  Questions on clearances? Attention Party Coordinator

All PTO sign-ups will be made through the website SignUp Genius.  This is a FREE website!  Not a member of the SignUp Genius website yet?  No Problem!

Items to consider adding to your sign up:
  • Juice Box
  • Waters (mini water bottles)
  • Something salty (chips/pretzels)
  • Something sweet (cookies/cupcakes)
  • Fruit (apple slices)
  • Paper Products(plates/napkins)

For easier distribution, items should be individual servings or pre-packaged when possible. 

Coordinators should confirm number of students with the teacher, and if there are allergies in the classroom. Please mark clearly on your sign up any restrictions due to allergies. Example: All donations must be peanut and tree nut free. 

 Please note the number needed for each sign up item. 

Discuss with your teacher if they would like assistance with activity planning. It's important to communicate with your teacher and see how they prefer to run parties in their classroom.

·    To sign-up to donate snacks please scroll down to the teacher list below and click the link. If your teacher does not have a link, a link may not have been submitted to the PTO.  Please contact your teacher. 


·    LEVEL 2 VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENTS ARE NEEDED FOR EVERY CLASS PARTY VOLUNTEER - Please contact the District Volunteer Coordinator with ALL volunteer requirement questions.  Lori Shienvold ext. 54000  VOLUNTEERS@hannasd.org


·     Classroom Party Coordinators are asked, but not required to provide the activities for the parties.  Volunteers may choose a game or craft of their choice, however they must coordinate any activities with the teacher and respect the teachers preferences.


·     Please only send in items you have signed up for.  Please make sure to respect allergy notifications on your party sign up page. 


·     If multiples of the same type of item are donated in the same room, the item that was signed up for on the party page will be used first.  Duplicate items that were not signed-up for will either be given to another room in need, sent back home or kept for another day.


·    Volunteers may take their child home after the party, BUT you must first sign them out in the classroom and wait until the teacher dismisses them and NOT before 11:30am / 3:30pm, (time dependent on respective party times).
